It is our pleasure to announce that Barbara Maddy is now the Vice President of Accerelate My Practice!  Barbara has over 30 years of experience in the Dental Industry and has been with AMP for 3+ years as an AMP Coach.

Initially working as an administrator she developed and implemented management programs throughout offices she's worked with. A natural progression for Barb, she became a Registered Dental Hygienist and has lovingly focused on raising the health of her patients for years. She continues to have a zeal for finding ways to elevate the well being of those surrounding her.

This can be confusing, especially in a business. To often we have managers and it’s not inspirational, when this happens the team can become unmotivated and confused themselves. A business has got to have a fine balance of both, maybe as a doctor you’re a great leader but a terrible manager or vice versa.

Millennial, what is a millennial anyways? There seems to be a handful of different definitions floating around on 'cyberspace' and if I wasn't a millennial my self perhaps I could look in webster's very own and find a definition. But, that's not the case. According to the the baby-boomers, those of Generation X and Time Magazine the Millennial are those born between 1980 & 2000. Meaning Millennials are those who grew up with all of those electronics and the need to be socially involved via the internet.
