The Team Huddle in Your Dental Office

Is your Dental Office having a hard time keeping your team involved? Consider implementing a Team Huddle that your team wants to attend! AMP has created some of the best team huddles in offices that have increased dental case acceptance, patient referrals and overall practice reputation.

Just like our team meets weekly to huddle, we encourage our offices to do the same.  Huddles bring value and focus for your team at the start of each day. Right now you might be asking, What are the components of a productive huddle?

Implementing the Hygiene Hand Off In Your Dental Office!

Increase case acceptance in your dental office by implementing the Hygiene Handoff!

What happens when the doctor enters the hygiene treatment room in the final 10 minutes of the appointment without the hygienist preparing the patient properly? He/she diagnoses needed treatment, offers it to the patient and the typical patient response is, "I will think about it!" Right out of the gate, the patient is overwhelmed.

Drawing dental leadership inspiration from Napoleon Hill

The famous author, Napoleon Hill, was a pioneer when it came to personal-success literature. He is most well known for his book Think and Grow Rich and it is considered one of the best sellers of all time.

Hill paid close attention to how our personal beliefs play a huge role in our successes. He felt that if we could believe and conceive it, then it could be achieved. Hill had a way of realizing what drives successful people to be the best they can be. The following are some of his most inspiring quotes, which you can apply to your dentistry practice.

How to Deal with Dental Competition!

How do you differentiate your dental practice and survive in any economy? How do you create raving fan's that can't stop telling family and friends about their experience in your dental practice? AMPs here to tell you the two key points your dental team needs to work together towards to come out on top!

1. Create a vision for your business. What do you want to be known for? Successful practices create their own vision and then follow it. The vision you have for your practice must be something everyone in your practice is completely on board with and working to make it happen. Your vision must be in alignment with the kind of patients you want in your practice as well. Often in our coaching we are told about how intense the competition in dentistry is. The reality is for any organization to grow and thrive they must dwarf their competition and create patient loyalty. The vision you have for your practice should be based on solving a specific problem patients face in a bold way. What can you do that no one else in the industry is doing? How can you create so much value in your practice that your patients can't help but tell everyone about you?
