As someone who has spent a great deal of time studying human interaction and human behavior, Darren finds the methods most dental offices employ when dealing with their patients to be fascinating. Sadly, most don't put enough thought into how they communicate, market to and present treatment to their patients. This passed May 18th, 2016 with an implementation date of December 1st, 2016. No Political discussion, it is what it is there is nothing to it.
